GVC is a multi-generational community that’s passionate about knowing God, serving others, and sharing the hope of Jesus—both locally and globally. Whether you’re exploring faith for the first time or have followed Jesus for years, there’s a place for you here.
Our mission is to help people grow in a personal relationship with Jesus by learning to be with Him, become like Him, and live like Him. We’re a part of Elim Fellowship Canada and led by a dedicated team of pastors, elders, staff, and volunteers who work together to serve our church and community.
Discipleship, community, collaboration, and stewardship are the values that shape everything we do. We believe life is better when we walk together—and we’d love for you to join us on the journey.

Andrew Masters
Lead Pastor
Andrew provides spiritual leadership, preaches regularly, and works to guide the church’s vision, growth, and discipleship strategies. He is committed to building a community where people can encounter Christ, grow in their faith, and serve their neighbours.
Andrew has a passion for relational ministry, encouraging small groups, mentoring emerging leaders, and equipping members to live out their faith in real and practical ways.
Beyond the pulpit, Andrew and his wife Michelle (along with their kids) love to explore Southern Ontario for the best tasting food and quaint destinations.

Laura plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the church, managing communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks that help every ministry function smoothly.
With strong organizational skills and a heart for people, she provides assistance to staff, volunteers, and church members alike, ensuring that the church office runs efficiently and remains a welcoming place for everyone who walks through the door.

Board of Directors
Rudy Essegern
Board Chair
Rudy provides oversight and guidance to the church’s Board of Directors, helping ensure that decisions align with the church’s mission, values, and long-term vision.
In addition to his leadership on the board, Rudy also serves on the Board of Elders, where he helps provide spiritual counsel, prayerful direction, and support to the pastoral team and congregation.
Rudy is deeply committed to fostering transparency, unity, and healthy governance within the church. His balanced approach to leadership reflects both administrative wisdom and a heart for people.
